Ormond Beach's Kistemaker Business Law Group was recently recognized as an award recipient of Florida Community Association Journal's 2025 Readers' Choice Award winners in the journal's March issue.
The firm received the publication's gold award, according to a press release. Erum Kistemaker — a condo, construction, HOA, real estate and business law attorney — is the firm's managing attorney and shareholder. She has helped with new and changing Florida condo laws, and was featured on Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation webinars and state-wide panels discussing the latest regulatory changes.
Kistemaker also serves on several legislative tasks forces, including being co-chair of the education sub-committee.
"It means so much to be recognized by the FLCAJ’s audience for our legal services within this very important category of professionals in the state of Florida," Kistemaker said in the press release.
