D'Shawn Hosang, 16, of Palm Coast, was arrested around 5 p.m. Monday, and charged with felony second-degree sexual battery for allegedly forcing a 14-year-old girl to have sex with him at Matanzas High School, according to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.
