As Palm Coast gets closer to finalizing its budget and setting the millage rate, the City Council will hear another budget presentation on Tuesday regarding the fleet and mowing finance options. The meeting gets under way 9 a.m. at City Offices, 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite B-106.
