The Afro-American Caribbean Heritage Organization held its annual Black Heritage Day Festival Saturday, Feb. 23, at the African American Cultural Center. The day, which had free admission, was a celebration of heritage and included performances by Flagler School of Dance, Jukido Academy and Mount Calvary Baptist Church's Daughters of Miriam dancers.
